Yoga Teacher Training

Are you ready to take your practice to the next level? Our Yoga Alliance registered 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training program will facilitate a deepening of your knowledge and personal practice, and, if you choose to continue to Module 2, thoroughly prepare you for the role of Yoga Instructor.

When I first started planning our teacher training program in 2021, I had a concept to offer it in two parts--Part 1 for those students who want to deepen their knowledge and personal practice and Part 2 as a continuation for those who want to teach. With a program like this, I feel that the financial and time commitments are not quite as daunting, and people can choose when and if to complete the program with the second module. I was advised by several mentors to try it as a more traditional program first. We ran it as a full 200-program for several years. This year, I felt called to offer it as the 2-part program I originally planned.

The general scope of the curriculum as well as the upcoming schedules and pricing are below. For more information, see our FAQ page.

To read what past students have to say about the program, see our YTT Testimonial Page.
