Julia Henery
Julia Henery (Maum) started her bellydance journey with Syracuse-based Maya Tribe in 2000 and has been in several dance groups and partnerships since, including Shezam! and Hipsanity. She has trained with many teachers locally and in workshops across the country, primarily in American Tribal Style and Tribal Fusion.
Julia is excited to be coming back from a dance hiatus to share the joys of dance in her current hometown of Marcellus. She lives in the village with her daughters, is a certified yoga teacher and health coach, and works full-time as a special education teacher.
