Eleanor Brown, RYT 200
I first began practicing yoga my freshman year of college, and my life has changed for the better. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and has served as a useful tool to help me live a healthier lifestyle.
I received my 200-hour yoga teacher training here at Mandala Moon Yoga and was fortunate enough to be a part of Dena’s first training as a Registered Yoga School. I am immensely grateful for the education I’ve received and the bonds I’ve created throughout my training.
Yoga has helped me integrate the mind, body, and soul connection that stays with me both on and off the mat. My goal is to share this connection with students through asana, meditation, pranayama, and more. I hope students in my classes will feel welcomed, supported, and empowered. I believe that everybody possesses the ability to practice yoga, and I aim to create an encouraging space where students gain tools to help them navigate mindfully through life.
