Vanessa
Vanessa Barton has been a student of yoga for over 10 years. Her classes aim to bring a sense of relaxation, exploration, and mindfulness welcoming all who are interested in sharing their practice, from those who are just starting their journey to those whose journey is long underway.
Vanessa’s interest in yoga grew from curiosity in 2004 to studying her 250-hour Foundational Vinyasa Teacher Training certification from Wake Up Yoga in 2014.
Fueled by love and the desire to learn more, Vanessa continued her studies in Yin Yoga with Corina Benner, Restorative Yoga with Karen Sapphire and Vedic Thai Massage with Mukti. She has been assisting Felicia Graham Comisar in Restorative Yoga Teacher Training since 2016.
She relocated to Central New York from Philadelphia in 2018. She loves the fresh air and beautiful vistas but will miss soft pretzels.
