Mandala Exploration
“It is the path to the centre, to individuation…I knew that in finding the Mandala as an expression of the self I had attained what was for me the ultimate.” –Dr. Carl Jung
Contemplation of a mandala can lead to insights and open us to our innate creativity. In this workshop, you’ll learn some basic historic and cultural uses of mandalas and spend time quietly creating a personal mandala, as a form of meditation. Contemplation of a mandala during or after the creative process often leads to personal insights and can be an opening experience—opening to the moment, the insights, and your innate creativity.
You'll then be guided through a "mini" version of the Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI), which will provide a visual picture of your psyche, revealing areas of tension and attention. MARI is a whole-brain, multi-layered self-exploration tool that provides deep levels of insight. The insights revealed are often powerful and increase the potential for immediate life-changing shifts.
Saturday, May 17
9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
$20, registration is required
