11 a.m. Children’s Yoga with Debbie (Ages 6-10)
12 p.m. Multi-level Yoga with Dena
1 p.m. Slow Flow with Kara
2 p.m. Gentle Yoga with Yvonne
3 p.m. Fitness Hooping with Dena
4 p.m. Kundalini Yoga with Beth-Ann
Flow Yoga - Multi-level
Vinyasa or Flow Yoga is a faster moving style of yoga, with choreographed sequences of poses flowing together with the breath.
Children’s Yoga
This playful class combines simple yoga poses and breathing with engaging songs and stories that help children feel energized and relaxed! For Children 6-10 years old.
Multi-level Yoga
Our multi-level classes are designed to be accessible to all levels of experience and ability, with several options offered for most postures. Classes typically include a centering meditation, asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and relaxation.
Gentle Kripalu Yoga
Ideal for those who prefer a slower, gentler experience. Includes all segments of our Multi-Level classes, but with extra emphasis on warm-ups and shorter holding time for postures. Appropriate for those with limitations due to injury or illness.
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga incorporates movements in conjunction with deep stretches, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
Fitness/Meditative Hooping
Hula Hooping is a fun and playful workout. You’ll learn to use the hoop to stretch, strengthen, move and tone muscles through a series of movements with the hoop on the waist, hips, and hands. Appropriate for adults and teens.
