JourneyDance™ is a grooving celebration that will have you loving your body and loving your life! You will be led through the dance by Daniel Fields. Weaving simple, guided movement sequences and free exploration, JourneyDance™ reconnects you with your innate state of joyous well-being. Your mind becomes clear, free, and positive, and your body feels supple, energized, and powerful. Practiced to inspiring world music, your dance is an empowering journey to self-acceptance and transformation.
From the joyful exuberance of the dance, we'll slow down and enjoy some delicious, restorative yoga postures, and then settle into the deepest of relaxations through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Feel free to bring any personal items for comfort: blankets, pillows, journals and writing/drawing supplies. You will have time for sharing, journaling and/or drawing to help process or record your experience.
